We generally stay within 25 miles of 76226. Buuuuutt if you have something brewing a little further let us know, we are happy to work with you when available! Why have a Motorhome if we don’t like to travel.

That’s the beauty of Gridiron Glamping. We bring the motorhome to you, from set up to tear down. You just get to enjoy the game (and all the perks).

Yes! While we love game days, Gridiron Glamping is also perfect for block parties, corporate events, birthdays, watch parties, and other special occasions.

We currently provide ice, water and soda in all packages. Specialty beverages can be available upon request.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak sports seasons. Availability can fill quickly, particularly for larger events and premium packages.

Each package is designed with different group sizes in mind. Essential works best for smaller gatherings, Premier is ideal for hosting a crowd, and Elite offers the most space and amenities. If you’re unsure which option fits your group, we’re happy to help you decide.

We monitor weather closely and plan accordingly. Many of our setups include tents and covered areas, but if severe weather is expected, we’ll work with you to determine the best path forward.

We understand plans can change. If your event is cancelled or rescheduled, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to explore rescheduling options or discuss next steps based on availability and timing.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on timing and circumstances. Our goal is always to be fair and transparent, so we encourage reaching out early if plans change.
